Professor Bill Rodgers: Celebrating 40 Years of Teaching, Scholarship & Environmental Advocacy
William H. Rodgers, Jr. is the Stimson Bullitt Professor of Environmental Law at the University of Washington School of Law. On April 20-21, 2007 local and national environmental community leaders and friends gathered to celebrate Professor Rodgers' first 40 years of groundbreaking environmental advocacy, teaching and productive scholarship. These photos are from a reception held at William H. Gates Hall on April 20, 2007. Speakers included Billy Frank Jr. of the Nisqually Indian Tribe, Chairman of the Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission (NWIFC) for 22 years and Professor Rodgers' daughter, also an environmental advocate and professor, Andrea Rodgers.
