Goodwill Glitter Gala 2011 Fire And Ice
An evening of elegance and magic on Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel Grand Ballroom.
Now in its fourth year, the Glitter Gala builds on the success of the popular Glitter Sale. In addition to a reception, dinner and silent auction, the evening featured an elegant and magical fashion show, with stunning outfits straight from the racks of Goodwill's stores. Jackie and Bender Cunningham of the popular Jackie and Bender morning show on 106.1 KISS FM radio served for a second year as emcees
Guests gained a better understanding of Goodwill's ability to change lives with the opportunity to meet some of the students and hear how the free job training programs helped them get their lives on track. Funds raised from the Gala go to support these programs so Goodwill can continue to provide them for more people in the community who need a hand up, not a hand out.
