March for Children, Youth & Families, April 11, 2007

In Seattle, WA, a march to bring attention to the need for comprehensive immigration reform. Families have been ripped apart by raids, detention and deportation. This was a time to march for the future of all families in our region. Speakers included Mayor Greg Nickels, Rev. Angela Ying and children & youth impacted by immigration policies that separate families. There was also a performance by Blue Scholars.
