Surge Northwest Forum September 2012

Surge Northwest presented "Collateral Consequences: The War on Drug, Women, Families and Communities" an educationnal forum, on September 25, 2012 at the Southside Commons in Seattle. Featured speakers included Judge Mary Yu, Lillian Hewko, Dede Adhanon and Liezl Rebugio. Co-sponsors included ACLU-WA, El Centro de la Raza, Incarcerated Mothers Advocacy Project of Seattle University and University of Washington Schools of Law, and many more.
