Western Coalition of Alaska Natives Fundraiser Gathering, November 18, 2006

Sponsored by WeCAN, the Western Coalition of Alaska Natives, this event was a celebration of Alaska Native culture and also served as a fundraiser to meet the community's goals of building a Native Community Center. At this gathering there were several Alaska Native dance groups, stories, raffles and a delicious salmon dinner. We would like to thank everyone for making us feel so at home, and allowing us to learn more about Coastal Tribal culture.
